Peter Ashley

Peter Ashley has been an integral part of Gardner Champion for over 40 years, having trained and qualified with the firm before becoming a Director. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1987 and has since built an outstanding reputation in Family Law, Children Matters, Mental Health Tribunals, and Welfare Law.

With over three decades of experience, Peter provides calm, practical, and compassionate advice across a wide range of sensitive and complex family issues — including divorce and separation, financial settlements, and child arrangement disputes. He is a longstanding member of Resolution and a trained Collaborative Lawyer, committed to resolving disputes constructively and minimising conflict wherever possible.
