Our Complaints Process
Acknowledgment
We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
Investigation
We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and fairly.
Response
We will provide a full response within 8 weeks of receiving your complaint.
Legal Ombudsman
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman. You must usually refer your complaint within six months of our final response.
