Jameel Hussain

Jameel Hussain is a dedicated Paralegal with experience in residential conveyancing, acting for clients on a variety of property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers of equity and new build matters. He works closely with supervising solicitors to ensure transactions progress efficiently from instruction through to completion. Jameel regularly deals with drafting contracts, raising and responding to enquiries, reviewing title documents and reporting to clients on key aspects of their transaction. He is familiar with lender requirements and works with major mortgage lenders to ensure compliance with their instructions.
