Dr Nahal Allahhi

Dr. Nahal Allahhi has over five years’ experience working in property law as a fee earner and has also previously worked as a trainee solicitor. She has developed strong experience in a wide range of property matters, including residential conveyancing and commercial lease transactions. She regularly assists on the grant, assignment, and surrender of leases, acting for both landlords and tenants. Nahal has particular experience in leasehold transactions, including reviewing leases, reporting on title, and highlighting key risks to clients. Her experience also includes advising on new build purchases, shared ownership transactions, remortgages, and transfers of equity. She has been involved in more complex matters such as deeds of surrender, lease renewals, and property elements of business transactions.
