Working closely with fee earners, managers, and support teams, he helps ensure office processes, documentation, and internal systems run smoothly and efficiently, with a strong focus on accuracy, organisation, and confidentiality.

He also supports front line communications by professionally handling incoming telephone calls, directing enquiries appropriately, and ensuring timely follow up. As a central point of contact within the office, he contributes to a positive client experience while supporting colleagues and maintaining effective ways of working across the firm.
